Critique the coin not my photography skills please :) it's the best I can do for now. I think this may have been overgraded but I'm interested in other's opinions

Perhaps MS64? This is probably the coin where my grading skills are the weakest.

At least MS64. It doesn't appear to have that striking luster and contrast between the portrait and fields that is normally seen on a 65 or better. nlp

I hope that it is a MS 64, because I am sending a couple of raw Morgans to PCGS in that case.

I'm thinking 61 maybe ?

I think it is spot on for what TPG's grade MS64's.
That being said I do think most 64's are over graded, (way too many bag marks) especially when I compare them to my ms 65's. Most ms 65's barely have a mark on the coin let alone anything on the cheek. Yet ms 64's always if you ak me have way too many bag marks and are way over graded. Is 67 the new 70? I know 70 is impossible but why does it seem like 67 is the max now a days?

sorry supgog I thought it was too easy since everyone was getting it right away :( and kman the reason I thought it was overgraded is the significant amount of bag marks, which kind of bug me

I look at MS grading this way- MS60(BU) beat up, MS61 and 62-still pretty beat up, MS63-moderately beat up, MS64-moderately beat up but not as bad as a MS63, MS65-half way between beat up and perfect, MS66-a few minor marks, MS67-very minute marks that are insignificant, MS68 and above almost perfect. Strike and luster also have to be used in consideration of the grade.
