Canadian Loonie, I found this going tho my change! I never seen any coin like this, so I m wondering is it mint error, or man's error? Could it be worth anything? Even on the flip side, the queen is fitted smaller, and even show the same cut off ring.

here is the real loonie, how it should look like. I just noticed there is ripples in the lake on this one, on mine there isn't. Also the lettering is different also. Its like the stamp wasn't pushed down on it for long as it should of been to engrave it right..

to CCF. I would say it's PMD. Looks like a metal lathe was used.
