I would go AU50. Not familiar with this type, the denticles on the bust side lower around 6:30 look odd.

Thanks both! I was thinking this is AU too. But what baffles me is that the details are so well preserved but the coin has very less mint luster from the picture. Is it possible the coin was dipped?

Yeah--I thought the surfaces were a little flat? (Over)dipping could sure remove luster.
