Just purchased this proof penny from the UK,what would opinions on the grade be PR64 or higher maybe?

Would grade PR64RB, could grade 63RB depending on what that line/mark/scracth is to the left of the queens head.

It's impossible to grade from these photos, any marks on the coin would be invisible because the light reflects into the lens.
