I know its a reproductio, it has no value to me anymore, but I am wondering if its real silver, and what the hall mark means on the front? it has a B on it

Unless it's marked silver or 925 there really is no way for us to tell. If it is silver than it's worth it's weight. If not than as a decorative piece it's value is limited.

Try the tissue paper test it is always a good start. Put a tissue over the top of the coin and see whether the coin looks bright underneath it or dark.

Base metal coins appear to be a dark shadow but silver reflects through the tissue and will appear light.
