It is not actually a "coin". It has no denomination, no date, and does not circulate as money.

It is a souvenir of the Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall in Guangzhou.

The portrait is Sun Yat-sen (Sun Zhongshan) and the building, identified by the Chinese characters, is the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall.
