not sure if its a key date but melt is about 800 or so.Add in a small premium, probably 830-850? Again if this is a key year then its worth more. Check ebay

Hard to tell for sure with it in the holder but you most likely have a shot at MS-70 or at very least MS-69. If it comes in at a 69 you will lose your slab fees as the coin value will still be bullion, if you get a 70 you will make money on it.

Personally, I'd never get these graded.

They're bullion to me.

True, if you get an ms70 on them, there's some crazies out there willing to pay huge premiums on bullion.

But to me, the difference between an ms69 and ms70 on these modern bullion coins is determined by which side of the bed the grader got up that morning.

Check ebay to see what a like coin (same date, same grade) sold for. Not what it is listed for but what it actually sold for.
