I believe they Are advertising Antiques Greek and Roman Coins

Yup, a replica ancient coin. Not so much a token, or even an advertising piece. These would have been sold to folks who wanted to collect ancient coins but either couldn't afford them or lived someplace where collecting them was restricted/illegal.

Looks like it was part of a set of such coins. The central legend translates to "Dekadrachm of Syracuse, 5th century BC". The "V" up the top probably indicates this is the fifth coin in the series. These coins were among the largest and most beautiful of the ancient Greek series - and the most frequent target for copying.

I have a few reproductions, though I don't normally count them as part of my "main collection". They tend not to be desirable collectors items by themselves, though they can be useful for illustrating a display or talk where you either don't have a genuine specimen or you're going someplace you wouldn't want to risk taking a genuine valuable ancient coin.
