OK, which one of these sellers is pulling a SCAM:
1. bayshorewatchjewelrysupamom40:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/1853-O-GOLD...310604971097

or
2. eternitycoin:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/1853-O-Libe...181088889732

They are both, obviously, the same coin. My vote is the scammer is bayshorewatchjewelrysupamom40. Aside from his horrendous feedback, 97.1%, his pictures are crops of eternitycins pictures. He also did a poor job of cropping. Seems really desperate to pull a scam like this which wont net him alot of money.

The second link shows the coin in the holder. The first link, no holder. The obverse has the same doubling in the stars but the reverse shows the same 'post mint' scuffs below the L, 5 and O mint mark. I'm sure there are more but these stood out. He may have the same coin but used another's image. Against ebay policy. Has anybody reported this? Would ebay care enough to take action?

Nice catch.

Definitely the same coin or one made the same day, from the same dies, handled by the same people, with the same marks,..... NOT.

Good catch.

Is that really a MS coin as stated on the ICG holder?

I had a guy a couple months back doing the same thing to me. He sold a picture of one of my coins 3 times in one day.
