Looks like these will sell out before public release I can see Gatewest and C/A raising their prices right away. 920 subs left 408 single coins left

Does the mint hold back coins for public release or will they sell them all if there's demand? I have 2 subs so far but am really thinking about adding 1 or 2 more.

I ever noticed the set mintage at 400+ this afternoon and it returns back to 900+ now. Is it possible that the Mint is releasing the stock batch by batch like what PM does?

I don't know if they hold back stock specifically for public release but I have noticed that a few coins last year did have stock in the first hour or so of general release despite them being 'awaiting stock' for MC a few days prior.
So it's possible that there will be stock first thing Tuesday (could be midnight Monday or Tuesday morning or even Wednesday). Best advice is to stay on it if you want something or call now and hope they take your order. Probably easier if you quote the item number.

Hey elkslayer132, what's the strategy of getting the singles instead of subs? Because it's easier to turn a single coin versus a set? Just checked and 391 singles and 917 subs remain.

yes I figured I would grab some singles to flip since they are selling so fast maybe they will help pay for some subs.

Hmm, interesting, I originally wanted the duck sub because it looked really nice and had a good size ( 34mm I think, despite being only 1/2oz) Then I changed my mind, now with all this hype, I'm thinking of getting a few just to flip.

Isn't it odd that there are fewer single coins instead of subscriptions? I figured people would jump on the subscription first.
Can anyone guess why this is happening?

Thanks elkslayer, makes sense.
Royal Silver, add the item to you cart and it'll tell you if it's available. 999 is the highest number you can start at so above that, you don't know how many are left.

People a grabbing the first one because it is available right away and comes in clamshell also if you want to sell later you could break up the set easier I guess. Plus lots are going to flippers I would think.
