Interesting designs and topics, so much more interesting than stuffy old portraits. Anyone else a fan? Hate them? Or like me, and had no idea? Report this Post to the Staff

I just picked up one from 1980 celebrating the coronation of Queen Beatrix. She will be stepping down as queen at the end of April. I wonder if they will mint a commemorative for the new king. Collectcoins Valued Member Netherlands 173 Posts	Posted 03/06/2013 05:59 am The Dutch Mint minted a 2 eurocoin with Queen Beatrix and prince Willem-Alexander (he will be king April 30). New eurocoins which will be minted after this date will have a picture of the new King. Also there will be a special coin(20 and 50euro) for this celebrating moment. later I can give more details.
