All MC release coins will show 'not available in stores' on-line until they are released to the public. Even if it sells out on-line tomorrow (unlikely IMO), it will probably be available for sale in the boutiques on Tuesday. It will be available from dealers too...but may not be at issue price. I didn't even register that the Op was talking subscriptions just assumed he was asking about the on-line system in general for the new coins . As usual, the most obvious answer is the correct answer. They are not available in stores because...they are not available in stores.
