I have not been able to ID this coin and would appreciate any help in doing so. The coin an AE-4 at 15mm with the bust appears to be female with a mint mark of of CONSS (Constantinople).

That's what I thought, but looking at the bust the face looks female wearing a necklass.

chrsmat71, I believe that you are correct it is Arcadius. It looks like RIC X, 60. Thanks you pointed me in the right direction.

I also think its Arcadius (I think I see some of the letters in his name), possibly Honorius. It's in pretty decent shape. Is it from an uncleaned lot?
