Well my deal to get some 5 ounces fell through for now....but did some scouting and 10 minutes before I came in to LCS..someone had sold this black JM Bar. It looked really weird in showcase next to all the shiny silver. Thought I better grab this orphan and take him home..this black JM would look really ugly too a lot of silver collectors.

Ended up with two one ounce bars and the black 10 ouncer JM. Looks even darker then in the pics. Thought it was kinda neat.

I would dip that 10 oz and take that red off of it, pretty bar otherwise.

I've never dipped anything, but I think that old J-M would tempt me beyond my ability to resist.

Nice pickup !!

I think we need to switches places for a few months... Can't get any poured JM's for the life of me here in ontario these last couple of months. Only bull logo engelhards, seems like all the JMs have gone out west.

The tone on that JM actually increases its allure to collectors... especially on ebay! Do not dip it!

Swrbxxx: send anyone kind of 5 ounce engelhard or jm out West, lol.

Amaths: 2 bucks over spot...but LCS is giving me better deals each time as relationship is growing...slowly coming down.

Now that I think back about it I don't think I would dip it either. That may help sell better on ebay if you decide to go that route someday. Nice bar
