This is a timely question for me. I recently noticed that a 1924 Peace dollar of mine is rotated only between 5 and 10 degrees. Apparently this amount of rotation doesn't enhance the coin's value.

That really depends. Is your coin's reverse rotated Clockwise 5 or 10 degrees or is it rotated 350 or 355 degrees Counnter Clockwise. Or the reverse could be rotated 5 or 10 degrees Counter Clockwise meaning it could be 355 or 350 Clockwise.
Possibly send it in to a TPGS for the actual degrees and direction.
