Gazot Valued Member United States 165 Posts	Posted 03/10/2013 8:03 pm Stumbled across this in a pile of $10.00 foreign coins. It was in a plain 2x2 marked $8. Appears to be ultra rare and worth at least $1000.00if the real deal. Its zinc and has a gun metal gray tone but shows only the lightest traces of wear I would grade it at AU. Pictures are tough with the toning on this coin. anybody out there familiar with these? Advise? Gaz Report this Post to the Staff

That Canadian Guy Valued Member Canada 156 Posts	Posted 03/10/2013 9:22 pm These are very obscure coins and can be very difficult to find but I'm afraid you don't have a +$1000 coin. 1940A (Berlin) is the most common of these coins, I'd say yours if probably worth anywhere from about $20-$60 all depending on condition and who's buying it of course.
