I have a number of uncirculated one dollar Canadian bank notes, 11 of which are in numerical order. I was looking through the Canada Guide and there were a number of prefixes listed but only one matched the prefix on one of the bills I have, (C/F) My bill was signed by Beattie/Rasminsky but the bill in the guide was signed Bouey/Rasminsky. Does that mean there is no demand for these notes since they aren't on the list? Or does it simply mean that they are not AS in demand as the other varieties?

These notes are 1954 issue? If all 11 notes are sequential you should be able to fetch a relatively decent premium if sold together.

Here is an ok guide for understanding Bank note type collecting.

Also check the price guide here http://www.coinsandcanada.com/bank-...s-prices.php . If your bills are 1954 then make sure you're looking under Devil's Face or Modified as appropriate.

C/F Beattie/Rasminski falls within the lowest price range, still collectible, just not as valuable.

No, they're not Devil's Face. That was one of the first things I looked at. Coinsandcanada was where I went but couldn't find the prefixes. Only one of the bills is C/F There are two sets of uncirculated bills, 9 with the prefix T/M and 7 with the prefix T/Z. All are Beattie/Rasminsky
I also have a set of uncirculated 1973 one dollar bills with prefix A/L (Lawson/Bouey) and three other uncirculated bills not in sequence signed by Crow/Bouey
