EDIT:::

I looked on the sides and realized, very small is written 24KT Electroplate on Sterling [Copyright sign] and I couldn't tell what the copyright said.

The Death of Wolfe is a famous Canadian painting done by Benjamin West in 1771. Wolfe, a British General was killed on the Plains of Abraham, during the Battle of Quebec in 1759. The battle was won by the British. I imagine this is a souvenir of the National Gallery in Ottawa where this painting hangs. I do not know any more than that.
