Hi all, My 2006 $3. Gold square coin is showing, I think,it's tarnish around the edges.I am a little concerned, should the Gold do this? Does anybody else have this problem? Could it be the foam that it is sitting in? Any advice would be great.

Do not have these coins, but here what I read not a on this forum:

The toning (or tarnish) on the square RCM's gold plated sterling silver coins caused by the type of the black foam, that was inserted to the capsule.
Later, RCM removed the foam.

As I understand, not many of these coins could be found with no toning.
