The item on the right I have carried in my pocket for probably 30 years or more. It has been dumped into scanner trays everywhere. Never questioned.

It's awesome! What are the markers marks on the back of it?

"It's awesome! What are the markers marks on the back of it?"

On the outside of the case it says "Staybright Steel" Then Regd No 787232. Hard to read the blades, even with my 10X Lupe, can make out Firth Stainless, and I "think" "made in England"

"oh How nervous are you when you carry this thing into an airport?"

Not nervous at all - we don't fly anymore since a bad experience just after 9/11, but even before it was just there; didn't even think about it.
I worked for years for the county and had to sometimes go into the court building which had scanners, and it never was caught.
The blades are all of 3/4" long after all, but that one time we flew after 9/11 they confiscated my wife's cuticle scissors LOL. She was furious - they were old and good quality.

Very nice ...

Humbly suggest that you do not attempt to pass that through a 2013 TSA airport checkpoint ... otherwise you will lose it.
