I don't have much detail. I read on another forum where ACG has dropped the individuals from their suit.

From what I read, they re-filed a suit leaving individuals off but naming some coin entities.

You are reading old news. First they filed against 46 people, then ammended to several companies and dropped most of the individuals. This case is DONE.

I don't know how to do a link here. I read on June 14th on the PCGS a post by one of the original defendants. ACG has re-filed the case in Florida State Court. That's what I'm talking about.

That case has been going on for quite a while. This is the second ammending. The first ammendment dropped a number of us collectors (and aded a couple individuals plus added PCGS, the ANA, etc).

This ammendment appears to have dropped the rest of the collectors and added in the rest of the Companies and Organizations from the Federal lawsuit as well as some of the wording of the Federal lawsuit.

Thanks Stujoe. So, if I read this right, ACG is done plying the Federal courts and is now filed a suit in Florida state court.

The Florida suit was actually filed quite a while before the Federal suit. It has just been ammended twice and the latest ammendment came after the Federal court tossed out that suit.
