Stujoe Valued Member United States 421 Posts	Posted 06/18/2005 3:11 pm That case has been going on for quite a while. This is the second ammending. The first ammendment dropped a number of us collectors (and aded a couple individuals plus added PCGS, the ANA, etc). This ammendment appears to have dropped the rest of the collectors and added in the rest of the Companies and Organizations from the Federal lawsuit as well as some of the wording of the Federal lawsuit. Stujoe Valued Member United States 421 Posts	Posted 06/18/2005 4:26 pm The Florida suit was actually filed quite a while before the Federal suit. It has just been ammended twice and the latest ammendment came after the Federal court tossed out that suit. Report this Post to the Staff
