Someone drew a red arrow on a nicely toned coin! :)

Is it a 1962? Could be a harp or guitar variety. Usually it is easier to see though.

Carefully, use something to run over the raised part so you could feel if it's really above the surface. It could be just toning.

thanks I did there is a raised part but its very small so it does look like a tone effect
