Well, the coin doesn't look like one of the obvious fakes but it is nearly impossible to authenticate from that picture. Even grading is very difficult and there is no way to judge originality of the surfaces. I wish I could have provided an opinion on grade and authenticity but I just can't from a blurry obverse photo.
