I came across these 2 coins.

are these some special finds, or the angle is pretty common for these years?

I find that the 67's often have rotated dies. Not sure about the other one.

Both coins look to be rotated about 9 or 10 degrees or so, a fairly common rotation variance. If they were 15 degrees or more there might be a slight premium. If wert gets on here with his rotation software he can find the exact amount for you.
