Looks like a 1699 type 2 date after Britannia

A 1699 type 2 would make it very interesting to me. In 1975, during construction of Interstate 95 along the waterfront here in Philadelphia, a grand total of 362 1699 type 2 William III halfpennies were found in one buried hoard. All were uncirculated, and all counterfeit. The consensus opinion is that they were made in Britain and shipped in bulk to America like any other commodity. Any way to tell if this one is a contemporary counterfeit? The Philadelphia coins were cast, but I understand some of the regal ones were also cast, by unscrupulous coiners with official contracts.
