What is the difference between mint state and proof?For example,there is proof(65) and ms(65)

Its all about how the coin was made.

The cliff notes version is that proof coins have mirror like backgrounds especially the more modern ones and MS coins are either coins meant for circulation or collectors but dont have the mirror look.

The production process is completely different. I'd suggest googling it; I'm sure there are many youtube videos out there as well.
