I'm attaching pictures of two different coins, both are 2000d Sacagawea dollar coins. One is the problem coin which is a lot darker than a normal one and on the obverse it has what looks like diagonal stripes. The second coin is just for comparison purposes. My question is whether the coin came from the mint like that or whether or not it's PMD? Thanks in advance!

Your white balance is out of adjustment and the second set of pics are too small.

I'm sorry about that John. I still have not figured out how to take good pictures. I'll do my best to get better ones.

Thanks for the links John, they were very informative. There was one Sac dollar on that page that looked just like this one but I couldn't figure out if it was before that experimental wash or after.
