yes that's what it looks like it..1982 there is quite a few varieties including yours.double die,clipped,struck to grease.weak strike etc,,nice coin

Looks like you've got quite a collection happening for yourself...nice...I have so many errors set aside that I was going to post but...I think I'll stop posting and do some research for now instead.
