Is $70 outrageous for this 4 coin set?

Why is is double-to-triple the cost of the other proof sets?http://www.littletoncoin.com/webapp...220762|89309

What am I missing on this one?

All the sets that these coins were part of, are sold out. The standard proof set mintages were at a 50 year low. The silver proof set sold out at an all time low. The stand alone presidential proof set was capped at 250,000 but was declared a sell out at 249,000+ an all time low.
While these sets are not hard to find, resellers will be price gouging for a while, as they were all " surprise " sell outs at the mint.
