Found this looking through rolls. Has no date. Is this just die wear? I've never seen one without date. US in trust is very worn along with ibe. Any value to something like this? It's also very dirty wonder if I should clean with acetone, never tried that.

The coin is a filled die ,,the die becomes clogged with grease ,dirt ,metal shavings and does not allow the coin metal to flow when struck ,, they are pretty common on the Lincoln Cents and do not carry any added value .

it looks like the 1 in the date struck up at least partially .

When you find it yourself, there is some self satisfaction that makes it worth keeping, even if you can't sell it for a premium. If you keep it, you will always have an example to show someone what a filled die error looks like.

It is common with Lincoln cents, but this is dramatic enough to hold more value than most "filled die" errors
