Spotted 2 lots of 10 uncleaned roman coins on ebay (not me selling!) which both contain a nice surprise for the buyer. These two lots would be excellent to start a collection with - unfortunately, I probably wont be able to buy.

I know some of you have been nosing about ancients and this would be a good start - could get a few nice coins and learn the basics before jumping in.

FVRIVS - it is. The shocking part here is you didnt notice the Allectus in lot 1!

Now that is curious - I wonder why not? I might go for these 2 lots. Well, if they go for a reasonable price that is. If I get them you are welcome to any coins you are interested in (for a price representative to what they sold for).
