Note the object in front of the King's nose. Wood 11 Bl-7.

Certainly looks to be the obverse of Wood-11 (and Wood-12). Perhaps this is just the product of uneven corrosion due to lack of homogeneity of the copper planchet. Does anyone know if these have ever been found overstruck, though? Can't seem to make any design element out of the "object," though.

This is very regular to be an encrustation. It suggests something with a handle or a stand, perhaps something floral. Probably wishful thinking. I would love to find a new variety (wouldn't we all).
