Provident Metals, Silver Towne, APMEX. Between the three of them you should be able to find all of that

Goldmart has the best prices as long as you can pay by check, money order or bank wire (as opposed to credit cards). Shipping is fairly low, but variety is limited. They have ASEs, Maples, Pandas, Philharmonics pretty much all the time, but only have Kookaburras, Koalas and Libertads on occasion. They do have a really nice selection of silver bars, however.

I have found that SilverTowne and Modern Coin Mart seem to be the best for a single coin purchase. Provident and Goldmart look to usually have the best prices for larger orders. APMEX seems to usually have the best selection with slightly higher prices. If you are looking to get everything you mentioned in one order, you would probably have to go through APMEX right now in order to find everything together. I've never ordered from Gainesville, but that is another place you could check.

I would stress to stay away from Gainesville personally. All of the other companies stand behind what they sell and if you get a bad batch will at least allow you to swap it for others. Gainesville will tell you tough luck and its not their problem. I will never purchase from them again after my experience

As noted above, Goldmart has hard-to-beat prices when not paying by credit card. If you'd like to get a quicker shipping date out of them and are near a BOA
branch, you can do a "pay by cash deposit" directly into their account thing that almost entirely eliminates the waiting period that goes along with payment by
check or money order. I deal with them that way -- do the cash deposit, email them an imaged copy of the deposit receipt and then confirm all by phone (all
the better to make sure I'm jogging them into action). I find this cuts a week out of their processing/holding time.

Edit: I agree with extreme caution on Gainesville. There's a history there under the former name of National Gold Exchange and the transition into the new name
that puts me off.

I didnt know Gainesville was the result of a name change but thats just another strike against them in my book. I decided to check into a little more and see if what they did to me was their standard practice or I was just unlucky, turns out they stick it to the customer quite a bit. If you google reviews for them consistently on every site there are a lot of people who were very unhappy with them.

The most common complaints were because they got damaged products, sterling silver bars instead of .999 silver, fake silver bars, and circulated coins that were listed as uncirculated. The one thing that all the complaints had in common was Gainsville refused to stand by their product and either ignore complaints or basically said it wasnt their problem. A few people who got fake bars reported that Gainsville told them to send them back and if Gainsville deemed them to be real they would be charging their credit card for the shipping. Considering all the other complaints the chances of Gainsville actually deeming a bar fake and refunding the money seems slim to none.

From my experience I was thinking its a buyer beware company. After reading all the reviews I would stress to absolutely stay away from them, theyre are more than enough quality sellers that theres no reason to ever deal with them.
