I am a collector of coins, and 2$ bills. I came across a 1$ bill with a mistake. One side there is a big gap and the other side is normal. Anyone have any idea what is the value of such a mistake?

Not much if any over face value in this condition. It needs to show part of another note on the wide margin side if I am correct about adding any extra value.

Lets see what others think...

You indicate that the front is normal, so this out of the box. But it is not into the design, so this is considered very minor in Bart's error book. The condition is not anywhere near new. Therefore minimum premium for this error. You might put it on ebay to see if you can get over face for it. I like errors, but this would not be anything I would be interested.

Someone on ebay will definitely pay a premium. However, as the others have said, it is not technically an error.
