ebay is truely amazing on these rolls and this ad is missleading its not the second last roll produced.

I guess that would depend on what your definition of "produced" is.
If the last step in the production process of the rolls is applying the serial number labels in chronological order, then it could be claimed to be the second to last roll produced.
If you are talking about the pennies themselves then you can't claim that the ones contained in this roll are the second to last produced as they came randomly from a batch.

Sorry, don't know how to add a different web site. But I seen a role of candian 2012 penny #10 of 20, 000 on kijiji winnipeg. They want $4, 000. Are they really worth this, or are they out of their mind?
