Interesting coin, the reverse appears to be banners from a legion. I don't see any numbers that would have helped pin down the province this coin came from.

Tricky.
Might even be "Marcus Aurelius III" aka Elagabalus.
The photo below is of an AE23 of his, from the city of Nikaia (Iznik).
It will help if you can give the size of the coin.

As a reference, the 10 cent piece is 18.03mm across
