After I went through my order history, I found there was one item I ordered on July 19, 2012 that is still in processing status. I'm curious if this long delay also happens to you guys?

Ten months for me. One thing to note however, a subscription order will show processing until the subscription is completed.

of course, subscription doesn't count.
the item is olympic lucky loonie 5-pack, I'm not worried about it too much because I'm not a olympic fan anyways:), I'm just curious what can cause this delay, and will it happen to 1914 $5 or glass butterfly coin as well? what if they just sit in processing status forever no matter how many phone calls you make?

I have some things that say processing, but have been delivered a long time ago. My longest wait was for Dino 1, I don't remember how long it was.

I've got you all beat! I was going to wait until April 12 to post this as a new topic, but since you jumped the gun so to speak. (and yes, subscriptions do count!) My longest delay is -- April 12, 2012, that's one year less four days! 2011 F15 Australia - " Koala with Berlin Bear Privy Mark.

@SilverBug, and how much extra pain does it cause when the hole is the last coin of said subscription?

@SilverBug, yes it is funny. Almost hit is one year anniversary. If I don't laugh, what is the alternative? Cry? :)

I think April 2012 was about the peak of their ordering system problems. Orders disappearing into black holes etc. My $5 pink moon was eventually outright CANCELLED as they had subsequently sold all their stock to others while my order was 'lost'. So I'm going to put myself down as the longest wait - I.E. Never! :-) My longest wait for a coin that I actually received was just over 8 months. Again, an April 2012 order that I finally received for Xmas. p.s. You may want to call up and confirm they still know about your order.

@ kuh_85, I still do, from time to time. "Its on order, don't worry" or "I will go check and get back to you" which they do not. :(
