TLAR = that looks about right.
Weak strike on the second '8' though.
Perhaps a Grease Filled Die.

i dont believe it to be cleaned. the red color seems to be something on the coin kinda looks gritty ,maybe some chalk or something . but I pulled it back out to look at it and it doesn't have bad color . its a nice brown with the red chalky stuff
