Taking one step was correct but you went the wrong direction.

Once you know the king you can do the math and also name the emperor for extra credit

The cute little pointy nose is throwing me, but the left-facing crested helmet with spear/arrow/sword over right shoulder appears on both Constantine I and Licinius II.

Given that common things occur commonly, I'll go with Constantine I.

Oh. Dang. I looked through Tesorillo twice, including Crispus, and didn't see the one of him in that pose. Yeah, I also think it's Crispus.
