Well, he was the first emperor to depict himself wearing a radiate crown BUT before that tiberius minted a coin showing the deified Octavian wearing a radiate crown so ill guess augustus.

Ben is correct it is Augustus. I tried to be tricky by doing a bust of an emperor but it is on the reverse instead of the obverse! It isn't the Tiberius/Augustus though it is Nero Obverse and Augustus Reverse.  You are up Ben
