Oh, I forgot to credit the photo. It's from Frank S. Robinson, http://www.fsrcoin.com/a.html

BAKTRIA, Demetrios I, 205-171 BC, Tet., Bust rt in elephant scalp head-dress/Naked Herakles stg facg, KAP monogram, S7526 (£850); AEF/VF, well centered & struck, subtle traces of smoothing in fields under a pleasant purplish grey tone; excellent bold portrait. Impressive example of this highly desirable type. (A GVF with lt scrs brought $5175, CNG 6/06; VF $4887, CNG 5/12.)

Lots of interesting coins up for auction right now, including this one.

BTW- the denomination was too small to bear the portrait of a king. Funny tidbit.

Very cool! I'll have to keep an eye out for some of these. Will add it to the list, right under the other coin you recently posted that I want-- the cow riding a dolphin coin. Cracks me up. You have some fabulous coins.

And I think you're up, Anoob. I'm heading off to bed, early day tomorrow. Have a good night, everyone!

I will make it fair...

This coin is in high grade and even if you are familiar with the type it would be difficult to tell from just the portrait. SO on the basis of "coin fun" I will clearly show the kings "name" Muuahahahahahaha!
