I have 1931 1/4 and 1947 1/2 Balboa in silver, both xf grade.
Theses are Beautiful Coins lots of detail, they just dont make designs like they used to.

I checked the World Coin Guide from this forum and the guide says the 1931 1/4 Balboa is the key date coin with 48,000 mintage and valued at $500. The 1/2 is common date Whats the market on these coins? Is that a good value to buy or sell?

I have alot of older foreign coins from the 1780`s to 1940`s and your guide has helped me tremendously. And very helpful members

Mine are 1962's both of them. Still 90% silver, but by far not worth $500.

Thanks Steve and Gwyde for sharing your pics, Quite a collection Steve. I am not to good at posting pics, but I am trying to learn. As I have alot of coins I would like to learn about and share with other collectors. Especially, Australian and European and other countries that are no longer in existance.
