It looks like it could be AU or maybe a baggy MS coin, but it's hard to tell from the photos. If you can post some photos like you did with that reverse photo of your '96 P we could give you a better opinion.

I would give it AU-55 given the pics. An AU-58 at the most. Very nice coin you have there.
