Hello everybody, I have a jetton coin that is possibley gold. I need help with the identification if anybody could help.

Cannot quite make out the letters but you should be able to find your maker here.

Agree likely a Nuremburg jeton. Probably of the "fictitious legend" type, with a meaningless string of letters. Very unlikely to be gold, though. And

I have a few jetons, but I know little about them.
The examples I have are probably copper cored, silver plated and then gold plated.
The gold plating is very thin and has faded.

Over a long period of time gold molecules can migrate into the silver surface and silver the other way.
The effect is to make the piece appear more pale over a very long period of time.

I have a similar jetton, mor faded, which the auction room stated as 'tests for gold'.
