I really enjoy commemoratives with strong historical backgrounds. A few months ago, I was able to pick up a set of the RAM's six silver medallions for the 1988 Bicentennial. I had been looking for a reasonably-priced set for some time - finally got one for a few dollars below melt (at least at the time!) Collecting history one coin or medal at a time! (c) commems.
