I was getting ready to dump some quarters at the local branch today, stacking away and ran my fingers across a roll, one didn't feel right that it felt slightly out of balance. It sticks out slightly from the rest (bigger) by a millimeter, not perfectly round like the rest.

Check it out, glad I notice it...
