Don't think so... There's too much people own gold at this time, the sell-off is just at the beginning... The market shift from gold to the stock market and it's just the start of it... Even will all the bad news coming from Europe, the debt in the US and all other country, the financial system is still alive and the stock market are at record high since then... By the way, nobody knows the future, just try to invest with what you're confortable with...

Think of buying a couple grams, but wait, the market might bring the spot down a bit.

I am watching silver and expect it to level out around $20. If that is the case gold will bottom out around $1200. I could be wrong but for sure it will trend downward for the next couple months. Not the time to buy yet.

"It's my party, and I'll buy if I want to" (Apologies to Leslie Gore.) Perhaps she is right.

I will continue to buy even in a heavily manipulated market like this one. Checking prices for gold coins they still seem to be in the $1550-$1600 oz range.

Quote: As for buying or selling that decision should be yours and yours only Yes you are right but that is a stupid answer. That like saying: "if you want to cut off your fingers that that decision should be yours and yours only" Nothing wrong with educating yourself before making a decision. In the end others may influence his decision making process but a little knowledge will go a long way. A friend of mine made the decision to buy a large box of silver. He called me to brag about his purchase and I told him he had made a huge mistake. I told him silver was trending down and would be bellow $25 in a few months. Silver always trends down for summer. In the end he made his own uneducated decision and is now down several thousand dollars. So go ahead and make your own decision to buy or not. Just understand the consequence of being an ignorant buyer.

Silver just bounced off 23 bucks. Now, THAT IS fun! I remember buying silver at $5, and gold at $280. I still have all of the tiny amount I bought at the time!

ebay usually has a 2 week spread before it catches up with spot prices. Great time to be a PM seller on ebay
