Shaw Millennium Park is an outdoor skate/bmx in Calgary. It's namesake comes from Shaw Communications, I wasn't in Calgary in 2000 and wasn't aware (until now) that there were commeritive tokens made for it. My uneducated guess is these went to sponsors and local gov't.
Where are you from rainbowjaz?
