inherited this coin, no idea how it got gouged or cracked whichever it is.
It's in a plastic pouch.
This is my first post, I have just started going through the collection.

Each Russian 5 Rouble coin has 0.12446101 troy ounces or 3.871 grams of pure gold.

I think it would have some value above gold, but the scratch reduces its value.

I am not an expert on these roubles so I dont know an exact value.
