I think it's a Roman Provincial of the emperor Trajan.

Just read the page, doesn't look like you'll be able to tell. The bulk of the reverse legend is AAAFF - which comes just before the name. Perhaps you can read some of the other letters?

I thought I read TRA on the obverse which lead me to think Trajan.

I checked through the different varieties. While I had hoped it might match up with Sear #1680 C PLOTIVS RVFVS
(one of my Clan) alas it did not. Looking through the names of moneyers I think the only match exists with Sear #1686
P LVRIVS AGIPPA. From the positioning of the name on the legend I would give it about a 90% plus probability

These coins as a series are quite common for Augustus. Certain moneyers might be rarer than the others, possibly.
